Kyle
Owner/General Contractor
With over 10 years of experience in construction and 6 years as a business owner, Kyle specializes in building high-quality custom homes with a focus on craftsmanship, integrity, and clear communication. Born and raised locally, he takes pride in serving the community as a family-oriented, client-driven general contractor.
His goal is simple: to build custom homes that both himself and clients are proud of—homes built with care, quality, and lasting value.
Kenzie
Operations and Design Coordination
Kenzie is the wife of Kyle, who plays an integral part where family and business go hand in hand. We view our company as an extension of our family, and that mindset influences how every home is designed and built.
Kenzie leads design coordination and client selections, working one-on-one with homeowners to guide them through finishes and layouts. She works both in the office and in the field, providing ongoing design feedback throughout construction to ensure each home’s vision is carried through with care and consistency.

Co-Owner/Managing Partner
With more than 30 years in construction and investing, he represents a true old-school work ethic—driven, loyal, and committed to doing things the right way. He began his career in construction early and built his reputation through consistency, strong communication, and hands-on experience. He is known for his disciplined approach to building both projects and long-term value. Highly knowledgeable with finances and investing, he is trusted not only to manage capital wisely, but also to guide others in making sound investment decisions.
Rhonda
Operations Leader
She is the backbone of the business, playing a vital role in the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the company. As the primary force in the office, she manages organization, coordination, and execution across all projects, ensuring everything is prepared, aligned, and ready for what comes next. Her attention to detail, patience, and steady leadership keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. If you need it, she will get it done.
